1. Introduction

YogaRhythmic ("we", "us", "our") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we process information when you use our mobile application YogaRhythmic (the "App").

2. Data We Don't Collect

YogaRhythmic is designed with your privacy as a priority. The App:

• Does not collect personal data
• Does not require registration or account creation
• Does not track your activity
• Does not use analytics or tracking
• Does not store data on external servers
• Does not use cookies or similar technologies

3. Locally Stored Data

The App only stores local settings on your device:

• Current practice circles counter value
• Current breathing cycles counter value
• Metronome settings (BPM)
• Circles and cycles quantity settings
• Shavasana timer settings (minutes from 1 to 30)
• Theme preferences (dark/light)
• Volume settings
• Enabled features status
• Practice statistics (practice journal with dates and times)
• Metronome and timer statistics (metronome, practice timer, and shavasana timer work time with seconds)

All this data is stored exclusively on your device in iOS local storage (UserDefaults) and is never transmitted to third parties or external servers.

4. Export Data

The App provides the ability to export practice statistics to .xlsx format file for backup or analysis on other devices.

• Data export occurs only at your request through the standard iOS interface (ActivityViewController)
• Exported files are saved only where you send them (e.g., to Files, email, cloud storage)
• We do not have access to exported files
• All export operations are performed locally on your device

5. Voice Commands

The App uses voice commands through iOS Speech Recognition system. All voice command processing happens:

• Locally on your device
• Without using internet connection
• Without sending audio to external servers
• Without saving recordings of your voice

We only use local speech recognition provided by iOS, which works completely offline.

6. App Permissions

The App requests the following permissions:

• Microphone: Only for voice command recognition. All data is processed locally.
• Speech Recognition: For processing voice commands. Works completely offline.

We do not use these permissions to collect, store, or transmit data.

7. Third-Party Data

YogaRhythmic does not use analytics services, advertising networks, or other third-party services that could collect your data.

8. Children

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, you have complete control over the App's local data:

• You can delete all App data by deleting the App from your device
• You can change all settings at any time within the App
• All data is stored locally and under your complete control

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
