Tap the red button to increment the counter by 1. Use swipe down to increase or swipe up to decrease. When reaching maximum, the counter will automatically reset to 1.
Press the metronome button in the bottom panel to turn it on/off. Long press opens the volume slider. BPM can be adjusted using the picker on the screen (from 1 to 60). In settings you can choose metronome sound type: clock or wood.
Press the microphone button in the bottom panel to enable speech recognition. Say the command clearly, for example "next circle", "metronome", "let's go", etc. Numeric commands are supported: "metronome [number]", "rhythm [number]", "tempo [number]" (from 1 to 60), "laps [number]" (from 1 to 108), "breathing [number]" (from 1 to 108). A full list of commands is available in the app's guide.
Press the breathing cycles button to start/stop. Cycles automatically synchronize with the metronome. Use swipe up on the breathing cycles button to activate "Double" mode - a special mode for bilateral practices. In "Double" mode, instead of "Exiting", it says "Other side" (or plays the switch sound if speech is disabled). After "Double" mode completes, the normal breathing cycles mode automatically starts with a short delay for changing asanas.
Press the practice timer button to turn it on/off. Tap - pause/resume. Long press - stop. Automatically stops after 24 hours. Time is automatically saved to statistics on "Timer Statistics" screen when stopped.
Press the shavasana timer button to start/stop. Time is configured in settings menu (from 1 to 30 minutes). Time is automatically saved to statistics when stopped. Practice timer continues to work simultaneously with shavasana timer.
The app has two statistics screens: "Practice Journal" for manually adding entries and "Timer Statistics" for viewing practice timer and shavasana timer statistics. Statistics are grouped by years and months, displaying time with seconds.
Open the settings menu, find the "Export / Import Statistics" section and tap on it. Then tap the "Export" button. Statistics will be saved to an .xlsx format file that you can send to Files, email, or cloud storage.
